The ESPRAS 2018 Organizing Committee invites you to submit abstracts to share the latest developments and challenging cases in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

Abstracts must be submitted to one of the offered tracks. Authors are requested to check the list of tracks carefully and submit to the most appropriate one.

Abstracts must be a maximum of 400 words long, and can be submitted as text only. You may also attach a file with figures or tables if needed.

Please go through the steps displayed in the submission system, entering the needed information detailed in each step. You may check the entered information at the Summary step before finalizing your submission.

Paper Submission Steps

Account creation

1. Create account
Visit EasyAcademia and click on Get started to create an account:
Note: and do not currently share account information.
2. Verify your email
An email will be sent to you after account creation, click the link inside to confirm. Check your spam folder if you have not received it within a few minutes.


1. Log in
Visit, and log in using the details provided during account creation.
2. Start a submission

Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
3. Track

Select one of the available tracks which is most relevant to your submission. More steps will appear after your selection.
4. Guidelines
Review guidelines and continue.
5. Format
Indicate if you prefer an Oral or a Poster presentation.
6. Title
Enter a title for your contribution.
7. Abstract
You can type or paste a plain text abstract here. If you have images / figures, you may upload a document under the Attachment step.
8. Authors
Enter requested details for all co-authors of the contribution. You can add as many authors as needed.
9. Attachment
If you wish to include figures or tables in your submission, use this step to upload a file. PDF or Word documents are accepted.
10. Summary
Review the entered submission details, and click on Submit Now to finalize. You can click on any step to change details if needed before finalizing your submission.
